It has only gotten worse!Ĭheck in was the easiest we dealt with. This time we went only because this was the hotel my employer secured for a conference held in the stardust center. We haven’t been there in 2 years because our last experience with security was AWFUL. Won’t be back, I don’t recommend this place at all.
Wasn’t happy when I got to my room and saw they gave me half of the dessert for the full $13 price. I only ordered it to go cause my daughter wasn’t allowed in cause she was under 21. It was supposed to come with ice cream, didn’t get it. Oh, I ordered dessert to go from one of the restaurants downstairs. The beds sank when you sat on them and I am not heavy. I’m was thankful I was only staying one night. View out the window is of the rundown parking lot and parking garage. The hallway carpet was absolutely disgusting with stains all over and very run down looking. Obviously the side they don’t care about. I got t all that for free a a nicer and cleaner Holiday Inn the night before. I laughed at the front desk staff member that told me that. You’ll pay a $14 “resort fee” for free wifi and SELF serve parking.
I guess that goes with a casino environment. Inside it smells awful of cigars and cigarettes. Outside it is rundown and we were approached in the parking lot by a panhandler.
I thought this place was average or below average.
